TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Most orders shipping to the United States can ship C.O.D.-Certified Check or Money Order (cash is not accepted by UPS drivers). You may also call ahead for shipping charges and then mail in a check or money order if you wish to prepay.

PRICES

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment.
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within one business day of receipt.

Shipping charges are based upon the actual weight and dimensions of each shipment. Some large, bulky items may be expensive to ship via an air delivery method, regardless of weight. We can provide you with an estimated shipping cost at the time you place your order or contact you with actual shipping costs after the order is packed.

Very large or heavy items may require delivery by truck freight or may be subject to oversize charges based upon package dimensions.

For orders shipped outside Canada, please allow extra time for customs clearance.

Hazardous items such as fire extinguishers and aerosol cans may not be shipped outside of Canada. Within Canada, a hazardous shipping fee may apply.
 

DAMAGED GOODS

Our outstanding claims experience with UPS attests to the care that is taken in packaging to prevent shipping damage. Any claim for damage must be made to Fusion immediately upon receipt. Be sure to save the box and all packing materials. We cannot credit you for the damaged merchandise until UPS acknowledges the claim.
 

RETURNS

Please call first to receive a return authorization number. We will promptly and cheerfully make satisfactory adjustments should an unused item be defective or not as ordered. Please make a copy of the original paperwork that came with your order. Enclose the copy of the form with your returned items, and please indicate the reason for the return (defective, wrong size, etc.) and the action you would like taken (exchange, refund, etc.). Returns should be in original, undamaged cartons and in the same condition as received. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns accepted on books, videos, software or special orders. Returns not due to our error may be subject to a restocking charge. Refunds are made via the original form of payment only. If due to our error, we will send a UPS Call Tag or refund your return UPS Ground shipping charges.
 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Auto racing is a dangerous sport and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stresses involved. All equipment, including safety equipment, is sold without warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty or representation is made to the product's ability to protect the user from any injury or death. The user assumes the risk. Fusion is NOT responsible for damage, consequential or otherwise, for equipment failure or mal-performance after installation.

Web Site Privacy and Security Information

Fusion Racing Ltd. understands and respects our customers' need for privacy and security on the Internet. We offer a secure web site that utilizes advanced 128 bit encryption technology. Furthermore, customer credit card information is never available on our web site even if a customer's password is compromised. You will have to enter your credit card information each time you order. We believe this slight inconvenience is worth the added security that this policy provides.
